Real Estate Coach, Bernice Ross

I have been receiving and reading Bernice Ross's real estate weekly eNewsletter RealClues for nearly 4 years.  I have saved every copy and attribute a significant portion of what I have learned when it comes to real estate marketing, to her. 

Her newsletter and website (RealEstateCoach.com) are dedicated to keeping real estate agents on their toes when it comes to embracing the knowledge one needs to succeed.  Training, Coaching and Marketing are the 3 pillars she leverages for that success.

Anyhow, after many years of leeching great ideas from her, I was finally presented with the opportunity to pay her back (the first of many virtual installments).  She apparently is a big fan of the Tomato, and after leaving a me a message saying so, I thought it would be a great opportunity to speak with her.  In an effort to book a time to interview her, it turns out she was more interested in picking my brain regarding real estate blogging.  So in between speaking engagements, while she was literally packing her bags, we spoke about the fundamentals of a successful approach to real estate blogging.  We had a fantastic conversation and (hopefully) set the table for many more.

Today, in my inbox arrived Bernice's weekly newsletter, RealClues.  I was so honored when I noticed how it began:

I've know Bernice and her husband Byron Van Arsdale for a long while and I know their commitment to really wanting to help people. I have bought Bernice Ross's products on "Waging War with Discount Realtors" and found them to be very valuable tools for helping me to list and guide to help buyers. There is a million dollar tool in one of her products called on how to show a Seller where to position their home for sale in the market. It's pretty powerful! I've had sellers have to rethink their pricing after showing them this strategy. I'm also lucky in that Bernice lives here my hometown of Austin, TX.
